THE COURSE TO PREPARE FOR BIRTH AND BEING A PARENT

Bauch einer Schwangeren

Congratulations on becoming parents!

But how do you actually prepare for this probably the most beautiful but also demanding job, being a parent?

In addition to the joy that this event brings with it, there are also many questions and issues that you now have to deal with (for the first time). Everyone thinks they have good advice for the parents-to-be regarding birth, baby equipment, etc., and you are literally overwhelmed by the wealth of information on the internet. Of course, you want to be well prepared for your new role and the tasks ahead.

In my Welcome Baby course we discuss all these relevant topics, so that you have a good foundation for a successful and self-determined start into the adventure family. The bonding-oriented concept of the course is aimed at pregnant women and parents-to-be and can be seen as a wonderful and modern addition to a classic birth preparation course with a midwife. An ideal time for the Welcome Baby course is the second trimester of your pregnancy.

Together we deal among others with the following course topics

COURSE OFFER

In the Welcome Baby course, the above topics are divided into two modules. Each module has a duration of 3 hours. The course allows the exchange with like-minded people and offers a familiar atmosphere in a small group to feel free to ask of all your questions and express your concerns.

Feedback Elternkurs

"We attended this course in addition to the birth preparation course. It's great that you can just ask anything, there are no taboo topics and so no questions were left unanswered for us. With the course we now feel really well prepared. The course was very valuable for my partner and me. It has bonded us even more as parents-to-be."
