§1 Validity and definition of terms ​

(1) The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services and their bookings between the provider and a customer in the version valid at the time of booking.

​

(2) A customer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed (§ 13 BGB).

​

(3) The prices at the time of booking/purchase apply.  

​

(4) If certain discount or special offers are advertised, these are limited in time or quantity.

​

§2 Formation of a contract

​

(1) The contract can be concluded in writing (by e-mail, contact form), verbally or by telephone. The terms and conditions are therefore valid for every type of contract. The customer receives a written booking confirmation. By confirming the appointment, the customer accepts the general terms and conditions. The general terms and conditions can also be accepted by signature.

(2) You agree that you will receive invoices electronically. Electronic invoices will be made available to you via email. We will inform you for each service whether electronic billing is available.

​

(3) The customer must have reached the age of 18.

​

§ 3 Subject of the contract

​

The subject of the contract is the booking of services in the area of cloth diaper advice (individual/couple advice, group advice, workshops, rental and test packages). Details of the respective offer are regulated on the respective page of the consulting offer on  www.olifunt.de   or the offer mentioned in the booking confirmation. Cloth diaper rental terms for trial/rental packs are set forth in a separate rental agreement.

§4 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date

​

(1) According to Section 19 (1) UStG, the prices quoted do not include sales tax (VAT).
Travel costs are incurred for home visits that do not take place in the districts of Lichtenberg, Friedrichshain and Treptow. Any shipping costs (insured shipping via DHL or Hermes) for sending test/rental packages will be charged to the customer.
The prices listed at the time of booking (according to  https://www.olfunt.de ) apply to all services provided.

(2) For individual and couple counseling, the counseling fee is to be paid directly after the counseling in cash or via PayPal.

​

(3) Advance payment applies to test/rental packages and workshops/group consultations. The customer has the option of paying by bank transfer, cash or PayPal.

​

(4) If the provider offers payment in advance and the customer chooses this payment method, the customer must transfer the invoice amount to the provider's account within five calendar days of receipt of the order.

§5 Withdrawal

​

(1) As soon as you have received the confirmation email from me, your participation is binding.

​

(2) Individual or couple counseling:

​

(2a) The customer has the right to cancel the booked service in writing or by telephone no later than 48 hours before the agreed appointment. He does not incur any costs. 

​

(2b) If a cancellation is made after the 48 hours have expired, the customer will be charged for one hour of advice or fees already paid will be retained. If the appointment is not kept without cancellation, the customer will be charged for one hour of consultation (plus any travel costs). If an alternative date is agreed within four weeks, the amount paid will be fully credited.

​

(3) Cloth diaper workshops

​

(3a) Registration for cloth diaper workshops is binding. Participation can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before the event.

​

(3b) In the event of a cancellation between 14 and 7 days before the date of the event, 50% of the fee will be due.

​

(3c) If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the start of the event, the entire amount is due. This also applies if the customer fails to attend the course without deregistering in good time.

​

(3d) The customer has the option of naming another person to take part in the workshop as a substitute, so that he does not incur any costs as a result. In this case, a notification with names and address is required.

​

(4) The customer is obliged to transfer the amount shown to the account specified on the invoice within 14 days of receipt of the invoice. Payment is due from the invoice date without deduction. After the payment period has expired, the customer is in default even without a reminder. 

​

(5) If a workshop or a consultation cannot take place due to an insufficient number of registrations or if parts of the workshop or the consultation cannot be carried out in the originally planned form (e.g. because the course leader is unable to attend or the event rooms are closed), the participants will receive this already paid fee back.

​

(6) If a consultation or a workshop is cancelled, for example due to illness on the part of the consultant, this date will be made up for. If this is not possible, the fee for the open appointments will be refunded.

​

(7) The withdrawal from test/rental packages is regulated in a separate  user contract  . A copy is sent to the customer after conclusion of the rental agreement.

§6 Disclaimer

​

(1) Participation in the consultation is the responsibility of the customer. The provider assumes no liability for damage to property or personal injury that occurs during and after the consultation or on the way.

​

(2) The customer undertakes to inform the parents or child of any health restrictions or special features before the service. It is not medical advice.

​

(3) It is the customer's responsibility to carry out what has been learned in a professional manner. The respective manufacturers are liable for (consequential) damage caused by improper use of the cloth diapers provided and the customer's own. There is no guarantee that you will be successful in using what you have learned.

​

§7 Amendment of the General Terms and Conditions  

​

The general terms and conditions can be changed at any time. The customer agrees to be informed of changes to the General Terms and Conditions only by publication on the homepage  www.olifunt.de  . bad5cf58d_

§8 Severability Clause

​

The invalidity of a provision of these terms and conditions has no effect on the validity of the other provisions.
